Frequently Asked Questions

What type of stones do you use?  We use Grade A glass stones. This means more vibrant colors and better adhesive qualities. 

Do the stones/studs stay on? Yes. With better stones, you get little to no headache as long as they are applied properly. We recommended turning the garment inside out for washing and to use a moderate level of heat in the dryer, or hang dry. With proper application, they will stay on wash after wash!

How do we apply these transfers? We recommend a commercial heat press. Don't have one? We can apply transfers to your product. Check out out the Application Instructions for more info.

Need blanks? We recommend our Nitro USA ladies tops, found here. We welcome your own product and we would also be happy to purchase from Alpha Broder, American Apparel, Heritage, LAT, San Mar, Virginia T's, or other vendors on your behalf.

What type of art should I send? Jpeg with a moderate resolution. Send your artwork over in an email info@NitroUSAInc.com for a quote or use our Custom Transfer page for more detail. 

What's your turn around time? It really depends on the qty. However, most orders can be shipped in 2-4 business days. Often times, next day. We design, produce and ship from Versailles, Kentucky.
